采用高新技术，发展国家建筑
目前，有不少单位遵循历史性的党的八大决议，在发展国家建筑的工作中取得令人瞩目的成就。绿色建筑技术贸易公司就是其中之一。
绿色建筑研究室主任金成道是金策工业综合大学基础学系毕业生。近二十年来，他在建设部门工作，与建设专家不分高下。人们常常误判他所毕业的大学以及所学的专业。
他掌握了四门外语，也精通信息技术，在采用符合我国实际的各种软件方面起到了很大作用。
从2009年11月起，他已举办七次利用建设专用联合设计软件的设计技术讲习。这一期间，他对总共130多个单位的360多名科学家、技术人员、设计员和施工技术人员进行了综合型三维、四维建设设计方法、在相关部门中的利用方法和最新建设技术发展趋势方面的再教育。这成了在建设部门实现建设设计和施工、建材管理和经营管理、设计审议和建设监督以及建设指挥的科学化、信息化和综合化的重要契机。
科学技术殿堂就是从实践上证明他高超业务水平和建筑信息模拟技术效益的代表性建筑。
如果利用现有方式，制定科学技术殿堂的基本建材预算案需要几个月。但是，他采用建筑信息模拟技术在短期内制定预算案，成功保障建设工程。
