Regional-industry Factories Inaugurated in Kilju County

The residents in Kilju County, North Hamgyong Province, greeted an auspicious day to be specially recorded in the history of the county, when all the people were overflowing with emotion and joy at the appearance of assets for prosperity being inaugurated one after another in different parts of the country under the care of the great Workers’ Party of Korea.
The inauguration ceremony of the regional-industry factories in Kilju County for the Regional Development 20×10 Policy took place on December 23, 2025.
Present there were members of the central leadership of the Party, including leading officials of the Party, government and armed forces organs, officials and working people in North Hamgyong Province and Kilju County, soldier-builders and employees of the factories.
Fireworks were displayed and a large number of balloons rose up into the sky over the venue of the inauguration ceremony filled with cheers of pleasure, revving up the atmosphere.
At the end of the ceremony, the participants went round the newly-built regional-industry factories.
They expressed their great excitement at the production lines and various kinds of products being turned out at the foodstuff factory, garment factory and daily necessities factory which have been put on a modern, scientific and IT basis at a high level in less than a year after their groundbreaking.
That evening, colourful fireworks were set off in celebration of the inauguration of the regional-industry factories.
