When the efforts for improving the conditions and environment for education are in full swing across the country, true to the Workers’ Party of Korea’s idea of attaching importance to education, North Hwanghae Province has renovated Sariwon Kye Ung Sang University of Agriculture.
The university has a main building, e-library, gymnasium, dormitory and other conditions and environment necessary for teaching and education, agricultural sci-tech research and students’ learning. Its successful renovation helps train a larger number of sci-tech talents capable of playing a leading role in the drive to implement the Workers’ Party of Korea’s programme of the rural revolution in the new era and develop the regional agriculture.
Its inauguration ceremony took place on January 30, 2026.
Present there were officials and working people in the province and Sariwon City, and teaching staff and students of the university.
After the ceremony the participants toured various parts of the university.
