Sahwang Peak, the highest one of Mt Kuwol, has been turned into a recreation ground conducive to the cultural and emotional life of the people.
Mt Kuwol, which has been called one of the celebrated mountains in Korea since olden times for its mysterious peaks, thick forests, steep cliffs and clean and exquisite waterfalls, is widely known among the people for its beautiful scenery, historical relics and many legends.
Builders have built a pavilion and dining grounds for the convenience of people and finished paving the road extending thousands of metres in a short period.
The resting places, parking lots and soft drinks stands harmonizing with the surrounding scenery are also associated with the efforts of builders who devoted their sincerity for the people.
Officials of South Hwanghae Province and Unnyul County looked round the recreation ground on Sahwang Peak.
