Kyongpho Children’s Camp Inaugurated in South Hamgyong Province

South Hamgyong Province has successfully built the Kyongpho Children’s Camp at an excellent place on the east coast.
The camp with a mosaic mural depicting the benevolent image of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un has campers’ dwellings, gymnasium, bathing beach, dining hall, children’s hall, general knowledge learning room, e-book reading room and video games room.
Its inauguration ceremony took place on February 2, 2026.
Present there were officials from the province and Hongwon County, working people, builders and teaching staff of the camp.
Pak Hyon Chol, chairman of the South Hamgyong Provincial People’s Committee, delivered an inauguration address.
After the ceremony, the participants looked round various places of the camp.
Art group members of the Hamhung Schoolchildren’s Palace gave a congratulatory performance.
