One day in May Juche 101 (2012) the respected Comrade
At a restaurant he sat in a chair and advised to design and make pieces of furniture convenient to use and nice-looking. At a wedding-ceremony restaurant he said with a smile that he was curious to know who would be the first to have their wedding ceremony there.
Then he carefully looked at the upper part of a stand. After a while, he said to the perplexed officials that stands should have shades, and that they should install shades at outdoor stands without fail, adding that then the visitors could keep themselves out of the rain under the shades.
Several days later, he came to the street again.
On a balcony of a flat on the 45-storey apartment, the tallest building on the street, he enjoyed a panoramic view of the street built on an ideal place of the capital city, picturing in his mind the people happily living in the street. Then he opened the window of the balcony a little and then closed it.
He told the perplexed officials that he just heard a sibilant sound of wind passing in.
They thought that as there was a door between the balcony and the room, weak wind could not enter the room.
But he earnestly said to them that he could not let the people live in such flats and steps should be taken for sealing the windows.
An overhauling campaign was launched shortly afterwards.
And in another apartment building, he pressed the doorbells of several flats to check whether their sound was pleasant to the ear.
Though there was no answer to the doorbells, their pleasant sound echoed reflecting the happiness and pleasure of the people who would live in the flats thanks to his strenuous efforts.
