Sea of Emotion

The locals never thought that their beloved houses, work places, schools as well as roads, roadside trees and lamp posts would be flooded by muddy water.
Such flooded places would usually turn into a sea of disaster, a sea of sorrow.
But what are we seeing on this land?
All the people of this country wept as they saw the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un inspecting a dangerous flooded area on board a small rubber boat.
The self-sacrificing efforts of the great benefactor moved not only the flood victims but also other fellow people in the country to tears.
Indeed, although the force of nature brought flooding to this land, but the land was not a land of misfortune but a sea of emotions.
It was Kim Jong Un who had left his footprints in such a dangerous place in order to defend his people and to turn the misfortune into good account for the flood victims.
Following his footprints and appeal, the Korean People’s Army soldiers and patriotic young people have volunteered to work at the rehabilitation project and all other people across this country are sending relief goods to the victims.
Our people believe that the flood-hit areas will turn into paradises like Taechong-ri in Unpha County and the Komdok area.
The tale about the new paradises to be built in the flood-hit areas will be told by the people generation after generation as a legendary tale in the era of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
