Korean Architecture | Great Leadership

Immortal leadership/

Revolutionary Anecdotes/

Pictures Striking the Heartstrings of the People
Looking back upon the imprints left on flood-hit areas in North Phyongan Province
Hem of Mother’s Jacket

Next to a submerged paddy field near a dam the flag of the Workers’ Party of Korea was shedding its red colour like a light house.
Why was the flag that had been fluttering as a banner of victory across the country, shedding its brilliant colour in the flood-hit area?
No one ever thought that the train the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was on would stop in the area where the victims had already been evacuated and that the flag of the WPK would flutter there.
The red flag reminds us of the image of the benevolent leader, who was waiting until the last victim from the flood-hit area was rescued, and his remarks at the 22nd Emergency Enlarged Political Bureau Meeting of the Eighth WPK Central Committee that the people trusted the Party and were watching the meeting.
The red flag of the Workers’ Party of Korea was the Party itself, the great mother, who is always the first to go to the people whenever they experience difficulties, embraces them and brings happiness to them.
That is why our people regard the Party flag as the hem of their mother’s jacket.
Some time ago the red flag of the Party fluttered on the seashore of Phungo-dong in the city of Sinpho and the beach along Myongsasimni in the Kalma Peninsula. Seeing the flag, our people were convinced once again of the truth that all the socialist blessings will bring into full bloom and they will lead a happy life when they follow him.
The Party flag is so brilliant as it flies near the people and gives hope and confidence to them.
Indeed, as the Party embraces them both in good times and bad, the people have entrusted their destiny and future to it, and the Party that shares destiny with the people is demonstrating its might to the whole world as the greatest party, an invincible party.
In the future, too, the WPK’s flag will flutter anywhere there are people, embracing them and bringing a bright future to them.
