Taking a Measure Beforehand

In August 2013, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave field guidance at the Masikryong Ski Resort under construction.
Seeing the slopes stretching down from the summit of Taehwa Peak, he asked an official how were they in the recent rainy season.
The official answered that they had suffered no damage though the rain fell heavily.
Kim Jong Un said he could see the soldier-builders had made a good job of it.
The credit of the soldier-builders went to his farsightedness.
A few months before, with a thought that the rainy season might have a negative impact on the slopes, he had given instructions on laying turf on them, adding: It is necessary to set up a proper drainage system and lay turf so as to prevent the slopes from being damaged by rain. If turf is laid, it will be conducive to protecting the slopes and they will look good even after the snow has thawed.
He then had given his opinions on the species of turf and cement to be used for the project.
Thanks to his deep concern, the ski resort was completed as a monumental structure.
