To Build a Perfect Primary School for Pupils

One October day in 2014, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited Wisong Primary School while going round the newly-built Wisong Scientists Residential District.
While looking round the swimming gym, he turned his eyes on windows and said to the accompanying officials: It would be difficult to ensure warm temperature in winter if the windows are large. It is no need to make windows as the gym has been fully provided with lighting facilities.
After learning about the issue of heating, he said: Judging from the fact that water heaters are not installed in the gym, you seem to have thought of closing this swimming gym not only in winter but also in early spring or late autumn. If this gym was planned to be used only in summer, it would have been better to build a swimming pool outside. As this swimming gym was built, it should be built to be used all year round. If it is difficult to install heating facilities underground, a water heating room should be built beside the gym so as to ensure warm temperature.
