２０１２년 ５월 어느날 경애하는 총비서동지께서 인민야외빙상장(당시) 건설장을 찾으시였을 때였다.
빙상장의 여러곳을 돌아보시며 미흡한 점이 없는가 깊은 관심을 돌리시던 경애하는 총비서동지께서는 일군들에게 스케트보관실이 어디에 있는가고 물으시였다.
일군들이 스케트보관실이 있는 곳을 알려드리자 그이께서는 이번에는 스케트날을 갈아주는 곳이 있는지 모르겠다고 누구에게라없이 물으시였다.
누구도 사용자들에게 스케트날을 갈아주는 문제에 대해서까지 생각지 못하였던것으로 하여 일군들은 선뜻 대답을 드리지 못하였다.
그들의 심정을 헤아리신 경애하는 총비서동지께서는 인민야외빙상장(당시)에는 스케트날을 갈아주는 곳이 꼭 있어야 한다고 강조하시였다.
일군들의 생각은 깊어졌다.
스케트날이 무디면 그 사용자들이 자체로 갈아야 한다고만 여겼던 그들이였다.
인민야외빙상장(당시)은 말그대로 인민들이 리용할 대중스케트장이라고 하시며 세심히 보살펴주시는 경애하는 총비서동지의 인민사랑의 세계는 일군들의 가슴마다에 고귀한 뜻을 심어주었다.
대중을 위한 일, 인민을 위한 일에는 끝이 없다는 철리를.
