敬爱的金正恩同志视察龟城市医院建设工地

朝鲜劳动党总书记、朝鲜民主主义人民共和国国务委员长金正恩同志９月８日亲临现场指导接近尾声的龟城市医院建设工程。
赵甬元、朱昌日、金才龙、金勇帅等朝鲜劳动党中央委员会干部陪同视察。
金正恩同志从相关干部那儿听取了建设进展情况汇报。
党中央把今年宣布为卫生保健革命元年，并高度重视将主导国家全盘卫生保健部门振兴的市郡医院试点建设工程。金正恩同志赞赏全体建设者以坚持不懈的建设斗争积极拥护党中央的意图，在地方医院建设中取得辉煌成就。
金正恩同志察看医院各处，了解了施工情况。
金正恩同志指出，地方医院建设是比任何部门先对全国卫生保健设施带来变革的一场大革命的开端，是让地区人民接受不亚于中央的先进医疗服务的责任最重大的革命事业；这是我们党期盼的地方的新的实际质变、加快推动文明富强国家建设的很有意义的进步。
金正恩同志说，在全国范围内与地方工业革命并行推进的卫生保健革命是最迫切的当务之急，将为我们的社会主义卫生保健注入新的生命力。在这项工作中应切实体现我们国家把一切服从于增进人民健康和福祉的绝对原则和服务观。他指点了在施工过程中出现的一系列偏向。
金正恩同志指出，医院的所有系统因素要在功能性、便利性和审美性等多方面科学有效地形成艺术上完美的组合。金正恩同志谈及了在结束医院建设工程方面的重要问题。
金正恩同志特别强调，医院建设工程接近尾声，因此要负责任地做好运营准备工作。他提出了与医院开院有关的各项任务。
